IAFN Certification

On September 7th, 2007 the Board of Directors of the International Analog Forestry Network (IAFN), by recommendation of the IAFN Standard Setting Commission unanimously approved the IAFN International Standards for Forest Garden Products (FGP) under Certificate C0107.

Please note that IAFN International Standards for Forest Garden Products may only be used by trained inspectors of the FGP system and by those certification inspection services accredited by the IAFN

FGP Inspection & Certification (Pvt) Ltd. registration PV 61065 is approved as the official     certification body accredited by The International Analog Forestry Network (IAFN) and is also identified as an institute for the training of the FGP inspectorate.

Recognitions:

• Forest Garden Certification standards  are now bench marked with the Standards of Fair Flowers Fair Plants, The Netherlands, for Fair trading Social Criteria certification
• The accreditation of FGP Inspection & Certification (Pvt) Ltd. by the accreditaion authority of Sri Lanka (SLAB) is proceeding in the 2nd stage.
